Director Human Resources

The Director of Human Resources is responsible for the execution of Human Resources and Employee relations activities. The Director is responsible for establishing and maintaining constructive lines of communication between employee's and the hospital. Directs and evaluates departmental operations, including employee recruitment and onboarding, HR information technologies, employee injury reporting, HR policy interpretation, file maintenance, employee retention, HR management and complaint management, disciplinary actions and to achieve performance and quality control objectives.
Bachelor's degree preferred. Human Resources experience required. Requires critical thinking skills, decisive judgment and the ability to work with minimal supervision. Must be able to work in a stressful environment and take appropriate action. Strong computer skills.

Don't Be Fooled

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
