Quick Apply Full-time 1 hour ago Full Job Description Control Systems Specialist (PLC/HMI) Palestine, TX (Embedded In-Plant) Contech Control Services is seeking team-oriented professionals who have proven knowledge of Programmable Logic Controller (PLC) and Human Machine Interface (HMI) configuration, graphics, and logic programming of industrial control systems.
Primary Duties and
Responsibilities:
The Control System Specialist performs a wide range of duties, including the following:
Assist on day-to-day in-plant maintenance, troubleshooting and configuration changes, utilizing Allen-Bradley PLC and HMI.
Responsible to assist with documentation and drawing changes related to process control.
Communicate progress to supervisor.
Requirements:
The Control System Specialist requirements include, but are not limited to, the following:
BS or AES degree in Engineering is preferred.
10
years of control system engineering experience related to Allen-Bradley PLCs, and Allen-Bradley PanelView is required.
Configuration experience with Bedrock Automation is a plus.
Configuration experience with other PLC, HMI, DCS, or SIS systems is a plus.
Previous in-plant experience is a plus.
Working conditions are as follows:
Position Type:
Full Time, Permanent, Full Benefits.
Standard Hours:
Monday - Friday 8:
00 am to 4:
00pm.
Overtime:
Occasionally.
Travel:
Up to 10%.
